Honda takes real-time support to Vine

Honda has launched a campaign to respond to tweets from customers with Vine.

The hashtag #wantnewcar was use, and the short videos encouraged users to swap old cars for new Hondas.

The campaign takes customer service to social media, a venue for addressing customers, seen with caution by most dealerships and car brands.

Other companies who have begun to utilise Vine marketing include Marc Jacobs and Urban Outfitters.
